TrueNorth Wellness Services is a private, not-for-profit agency with a volunteer Board of Directors and a contracting agency with the York-Adams Mental Health/Intellectual Developmental Disorders and the York-Adams Drug and Alcohol Program and the Franklin/Fulton Mental Health/Intellectual Developmental Disorders. Where required, programs are licensed or certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
