Amazing Kids Club– Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) part-time positions available at Hanover, PA and Red Lion, PA locations

Qualifications: Applicants that provide BHT services shall meet one of the following:

*Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services

*Have a certification as a BCaBA

*Have certification as an RBT

*Have a certification as a BCAT

*Have a High School Diploma or the equivalent and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA


BHT Training program is available for eligible candidates new to the behavioral health field with a High School Diploma without the above qualifications, inquire about these opportunities to learn more.


Job Requirements: The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check). Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required.  If applicants don’t already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions for how to apply for them.

Job Description: Position involves providing behavioral health socialization group services with children and adolescents, ages 2-21 that have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The treatment takes place on-site at our two facilities. The position requires the ability to work at least two evenings a week from 4:00 PM – 7:45 PM. We can offer up to 25 hours a week part-time.
