Position Available:

Harrisburg IBHS Program Manager Position located in Harrisburg.



  • Applicant must be one of the following:
    1. A licensed mental health professional with a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum 
    2. A licensed behavior specialist with a certification as a BCBA
  • Must have current clearances (ChildLine, FBI, and PA Criminal Record Check) and current training as a Mandated Reporter.
  • Must have at least one year experience in a CASSP system (employed by or under contract to Children and Youth Services, Juvenile Justice, Mental Health, Special Education, or Drug and Alcohol working with children) or employed by a licensed mental health services agency or subcontracted agency.



Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Ability to provide appropriate supervision per regulations to employees
  2. Ability to administratively manage programs under the purview of this position
  3. Ability to understand and promote agency’s mission and purpose
  4. Ability to meet the fiscal and operational needs of the program(s)
  5. Ability to interact professionally, with a focus on customer service
  6. Ability to effectively communicate
  7. Ability to implement the clinical skills necessary for the provision of services to children and/or families
  8. Ability to maintain an active caseload
