Assisted Living Program (Hanover, Littlestown, York)
Consisting of four residences, each home provides clients with a supportive, community living setting with 24-hour staff who provide assistance to individuals coping with medical and psychiatric illnesses.
Community Residential Rehabilitation Program (Hanover)
This transitional housing program allows for clients with persistent, chronic psychiatric illnesses to live in a safe, group-home environment, while empowering them to reach their highest level of independence.
Supportive Living Program/Community Hospital Integration Project Program (CHIPP) (Chambersburg, Hanover, and York)
This program is designed to prevent psychiatric and medical re-hospitalization and help clients reside in housing and the community of their choice.
Supported Housing Program (Adams and York counties)
This is the final stage of the Residential Services Program. Clients live independently in the community, while we provide the necessary support services for them to maintain that independence. Clients locate and secure housing options of their own choice.
