Requirements: Applicants must have either: -a Bachelor’s degree or -an Associate’s degree/ 60 credits toward a Bachelor’s degree, with the equivalent of at least three years of full-time paid work experience in a job that involves direct contact with children or adolescents The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania Childline Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check). Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required. If applicants don’t already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions for how to apply for them.

Job Description: Position involves working with children and adolescents, ages 2-21 that have been diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. The individual will provide group socialization therapy to clients by implementing therapy curriculum developed by a Master’s level staff. Program Specialists work with the clients to help them develop social skills and emotional intelligence through fun group activities. The treatment takes place at our facility. The position requires the ability to work at least two evenings a week from 4:00 – 7:45. We can offer up to 25 hours a week and full day hours during our summer program from 8:45- 3:45. Starting rate is $13.00 per hour. It is a great option for college students or school system employees looking for extra employment. This position is at our Amazing Kids Club in Red Lion, PA.
