This PopUp Market is a fundraising event for TrueNorth Wellness Services. All vendor fees and other proceeds go directly to benefit our Adult and Children’s programs.
This is a juried event, showcasing handmade art and wares. (no direct sales, MLM’s, or service providers, please) We are also accepting talented Young Makers, ages 8-18.
Artisan & Young Makers PopUp
at The Markets at Hanover
Saturday, May 1st – 9am-4pm
Vendor load in will begin at 7am, with all booths set up by 8:30.
Vendor booths are 10×10 and the fee is $85.
Vendors are responsible for providing all the necessary elements for their display – tables, chairs, tent and 40lb weights for each leg. Electric and WIFI are not guaranteed.
Young Maker booths are $25. TrueNorth will provide the 10×10 tent, a table and two chairs, if needed. The maker needs to supply display items and be prepared with a cash box and means to process sales. Also, a parent or guardian must stay with the young maker the entire day.
Applications will be viewed and approved as received. Vendors will receive an email within 48 business hours of submitting an application as to their status.
Vendors will be invoiced upon approval, with payment due within one week of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received by the deadline, spaces will be filled by wait list applicants. Payment is non-refundable.
The PopUp market will occur rain or shine. The PopUp will only be canceled at the discretion of the organizers in the case of severe weather that is deemed a safety risk to vendors or shoppers.
Covid numbers will be closely monitored. This is an outdoor event, observing safe distancing and following all state-directed protocols.
Wait list vendors will be notified if/when spaces become available.
